• Drain pool to appropriate water level for winterization following local by-laws.
• Remove deck equipment.
• Winterize all plumbing lines and add anti-freeze to the lines.
• Clean and winterize pool filtration system including pump, filter and heater.
• Shock pool with liquid chlorine (up to 20L included).
• Inspect and clean salt cell (if equipped with salt system).
• Install winter cover.
• Provide a closing report on all tasks completed at the time of pool closing.

Fee: $475.00 plus HST

Extras:

• Customer is responsible for balancing and vacuuming the pool prior to closing.
• Should the Customer wish to have their pool cleaned and water chemistry balanced prior to closing by our team. This can be arranged to be done the day prior to closing for a fee of $120 plus chemicals plus HST.
• 20 litres of chlorine is included with every pool closing. Additional Chlorine if required will be charged at $2.19 per additional litre.
• There is an additional $100.00 plus HST fee for pools that are equipped with a spillover spa or hot tub feature.
