• Drain the water from the tarp to the street according to local by-laws.
• Remove debris from on top of the tarp, place in yard waste bags and remove to the street for city pick-up.*
• Pressure wash winter cover.
• Fold winter cover and place into storage for swimming season.
• Reinstall all pool fittings.
• Shock the pool with liquid chlorine (up to 20L included).
• Brush pool walls.
• Reassemble filtration equipment.
• Start the pool system if possible. If the pool water level is too low for system start-up, our team will turn on the hose and leave the pool to fill to an appropriate level.

*One hour is dedicated to draining, removing debris, and the winter cover off the top of the pool. If the winter cover is unable to be removed within one hour due to substantial debris sitting on top of the cover, the customer will be invoiced $50.00 per each additional 30 minutes that it takes to remove the cover and debris from on top of the cover.

• Take safety cover off the pool, fold and place it in storage for the swim season.
• Reinstall all pool fittings.
• Shock the pool with liquid chlorine (up to 20L included).
• Brush pool walls.
• Reassemble filtration equipment.
• Start the pool system if possible. If the pool water level is too low for system start-up, our team will turn on the hose and leave the pool to fill to an appropriate level.

• Start the pool system (if unable to start on first visit).
• Thoroughly brush and vacuum pool to waste.
• Skim pool surface.
• Perform water chemistry readings and balance pool water chemistry if required (balancing chemicals are not included in pool opening fee).
• Perform a full inspection of pool components.
• Provide a full report including pool analysis and water chemistry readings.

Fee: $550.00 plus HST

Extras:

• If the pool requires 3 or more visits to become safe and swimmable, we will contact owner to schedule more visits at the rate of $120.00 + HST per visit for labour (not including chemicals).
• 20 litres of chlorine is included with every pool opening. Additional Chlorine if required will be charged at $2.19 per additional litre.
• Salt is excluded and will be provided for salt water pools at $14.32 +HST per 20Kg bag.
• There is an additional $100.00 plus HST fee for pools that are equipped with a spillover spa or hot tub feature.

Cover Removal (First Visit for Pools): $375.00 plus HST.

Pool Start-Up (Second Visit for Pools): $275.00 plus HST.
